Learn To Nourish
Highly recommend the fermented drinks workshop. A lot of useful information presented in an understandable and engaging way by Ally. Comprehensive take-home notes and enough knowledge and confidence to try it at home. Can't wait to taste my own concoctions!

Learn To Nourish
I attended a workshop run by Ally and loved it. Ally and Benedict make a great team. It is easy to see that everyone could benefit by the knowledge and practices that they deliver. What we digest has consequences, mostly positive but some negative. If you want to improve your health, learning from these two would be a good start

Learn To Nourish
I attended the Learn to Nourish Bees Wax Wrap class held at Teros and thoroughly enjoyed it. Ally was fantastic, her instructions were clear and easy to follow and she made sure we all got something out of the class. I highly recommend Learn to Nourish and look forward to partaking in my next class with them!
