Lovely team but my shoes don't actually look any different. I could have done the same clean at home. They don't fix scuff marks and didn't clean the stitching. Not sure where to get a good sneaker clean anymore!

Excellent products for shoe storage, we got the drop front shoe boxes and they are spectacular! Unfortunately, we had a few lids and boxes damaged thanks to an infant on the move, and the team at sneaker laundry didn't hesitate to provide us with replacements. Hassle free and fast shipping. Excellent customer service, will shop again and highly recommend them to others too.

Ordered my shoe boxes and shoe trees from The Sneaker Laundry last 2 times, both times where the product was shipped to me cracked or broken. However, they made things right by re-shipping a new replacement very quickly. It could be no fault of their own but regardless they delivered great customer service!

I used their products to clean my shoes, they didn't come up clean; took said shoes to the physical store and let them know I had used their products to clean my shoes, they suggested a deep clean and that I had used their products incorrectly. Attached picture is how my shoes were given back to me.I was really considering purchasing shares in this company as a sneaker enthusiast. I've changed my mind. Totally disappointed.

Would highly recommend these guys I got a pretty big order from them it arrived three days early and had all the products I ordered, really happy with the quality for the price customer service was super friendly easy to access and quick at responding over all great interactions with a great business haven’t used the products yet so will post another review once I’ve used the them.

This place was great, we went in hoping for 4 pairs to be done overnight, however settled with 2 as they were extremely busy, which was understandable. Value was amazing compared to other companies that offer the same service and the person who helped us was thorough and definitely knew what he was talking about. The end results were higher than expected and I’m so happy with them. Next time we’re in Melbourne we will definitely be visiting again.
