Ooid Scientific have completed a number of science communication tasks for me. They somehow manage to turn my (terrible) sketches into amazing figures that clearly convey scientific messages in an accessible way to a broad audience. I have always found them efficient and flexible, and they provide realistic time-frames as well as maintain good communication either in person (if you are in Perth) or via video conferencing. I highly recommend Ooid if you are looking for an organisation that understands science but can also create engaging materials.

I reccomend using Ooid scientific for scientific illustrations of the highest quality suitable for publication in high impact journals. The value I found was the abililty of the group to quickly understand the conceptual diagram, this reduced the overall consultation time cost. This is probably due to the fact that the group are talented scientists in their own right, splash in some creativity and there go. I will be including costs of using Ooid in budgeting of future research grants.
