Worst Company I have ever ever dealt with!! Will practically steal your money. I ordered a product from them, it was delivered but it was faulty. Sent it back to them in which they were informed and accepted that it was being returned and I did not receive a refund for months. I raised it with Consumer affairs Victoria and with my bank and was able to recover the funds. Do not use them!!!!! At all, it is not worth it, there is always another store!!!!! If the owner is reading this, I got my money back all of it including the postage mate... Your loss for not being a fair business.

DONT'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.ordered from this company on the 3rd, received tracking info on the 8th saying it arrived on the 5th. which it had not. i called the post office and then emailed them directly. they said 3 days and we will get back to you. its the 15th and no response from them in over a week. Disgraceful business practice.

i place an order 2 weeks ago and it hasnt even been shipped. wont answer my emails or my calls. the most appauling service ever. this item was a xmas gift for someone and it doesnt look like i will receive it

Ordered a part off Trade Me in NZ, they did send the item (after about two weeks and 2 emails), but it was the wrong product, now 2 more emails and no reply, tried calling, but phone never gets answered. I certainly cant recommend them on their customer service, as there is none. Luckily I have a product, albeit the wrong one. lesson learned, stay well clear. CD
