Use this place only when other dealers are not a viable option.Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, especially amongst the older employees on the sales team.Especially one mature gentlemen who we unfortunately had to deal with, displayed pretentiousness when he was giving a run through with the bike. When fiddling and inspecting the new MT-03, I saw the offended and disgusted face he displayed when we were more focused on the bike than his explanation. I get it, we were super excited for the bike, but his passive-aggressiveness afterwards was absolutely digusting.I really wished that your employees would display some genuine care and customer service than to rather put on some act of professionalism on the surface, because this will greatly undermine your overall reputation.On the contrary, the customer service at the accessories counter is helpful and friendly. Perhaps your older sales team employees should learn a thing or two...

Awesome help with lodging and seeing through a warranty claim for 3 HJC visor’s.Despite the unavoidable (lack of stock) delays, Rita kept me informed throughout till all 3 were safely delivered to me.Thanks again.

I highly appreciate deeps service. My side mirror was very loose and I thought I would need a new perch to hold it. Deep just replaced the bolt for me within a few seconds mirror was solid and holding tightly. Highly recommend

Instore stock levels are good as well with helpful and friendly staff.Special mention to Siobhan, she was great and a wealth of knowledge when it came to sizing of clothing and gear.Parking can be a bit tricky but minor detail.Will definitely return.

Nice and friendly service. I had concerns with unusual noise and their experienced expert Rod thoroughly checked and confirmed my observation but assured that the bike is okay.

Had a good experience here. The guy that helped my partner out (think his name is bob, have a long pony tail)He was very informative, detailed and helped us compared bike parts to make sure that it’s to our liking and suited the bike. He was also not pushy on any sales that we didn’t want.
