Repco in Hobart always give the best advice and customer service. I am not a car buff, my knowledge is limited, but I've been here for a few minor things over the last 12 months and they always go over and above to help me out. I now always choose to shop here.

Although it was a few minutes past closing time on a Saturday, the representative opened the store up and helpfully recommended exactly what I was looking for: a lithium battery powered emergency car jumostarter. The starter worked perfectly and was well priced.

Served the purpose, even though it appeared they may have led me into a brand that had more mark up for them. Had to replace it with a generic brand for a better result. Appreciate that they did swap it out without hassle or question. They always appear busy, and one needs to wait.

Amazing service! COVID has taken a toll on weekend ride and ordered a battery reconditioning device at 8:30 am and was delivered within an hour! Blown away! Will start shopping regularly for my auto needs here. Thanks guys

The staff were a little outnumbered when I called in to buy my new wiper blades on the Saturday 4 Aug but I was dealt with quite quickly when the guy could attend to me. I had to call back on the Monday as the instructions were not good on the item and received fantastic customer service from Mel. THANK YOU - YOU ARE BRILLIANT AND VERY PATIENT
