We recently had central heating installed, the job was complicated with limited access, Middleton's were able to give us good advice and confidence that it was achievable. The installation was prompt, on time and the workers were very friendly and accommodating, we would highly recommend Middleton's HeatnCool.

Excellent help & service. Went out of their way to fix air conditioner. Honest, good technician fixed it. Dan Middleton great to deal with & all staff encountered were fantastic.Highly recommend Middleton's...you won't be disappointed.

Jody has been most helpful with replacing our old wood heater. Was able to advise a replacement to fit same size.Very friendly service too.

I rang Middleton’s Heat and Cool In COLAC In early June to have heating and cooling installed at my home in Lorne and arrange for an on-site inspection. I was told by the receptionist that my details would be passed on to Jody. I waited approximately 10 days and still no contact from anyone. I Called back and this time I spoke to Jody who advised she had only just seen the message and that it had been sitting on the reception desk without her knowledge.After advising she did not know how this happened I requested an on-site inspection of my property. After a few days two installers arrived on their way home from a job nearby and assessed my job and took some photos for installation purposes. They advised it was a straight forward install and Daniel, possibly the owner, would give me a call in a couple of days....TWO WEEKS went by and Surprise Surprise I wasn’t contacted. I called again after 2 weeks and this time the call was answered by Daniel. When I asked why I hadn’t been contacted he said that they have been busy... So busy apparently that they didn’t even have the time to return my call...When I enquired about the progress of my job he began stating that it was a very difficult install and some of his staff were away on maternity leave etc etc he also stated that the job was going to be extremely expensive And the work would not commence for a few month and that if I still required a quote he would send me one in a few days. All of which contradicted what his installers had advised me some two weeks earlier.I requested the quote regardless.....It is now the middle of August some 10 weeks since my initial contact and I am still waiting to hear from Middletons In Colac regarding the progress of my job. Other trades booked in to complete my renovation have now been booked elsewhere and will possibly return when their current jobs have been completed, delaying my works by months.From a customer service point of view Middleton’s of Colac have failed me miserably. Fundamentals such as taking down messages, passing them on and returning phone calls were non existent. If you don’t want to do the job just advise so and I will find others who will.As an airline professional for most of my working life, if I were to treat my customers in a similar way that Middleton’s of COLAC have treated me I would have been jobless within a week.Sadly...Contacting Middleton’s to obtain a quote, receiving that quote and having the job done professionally was far too much too ask of them.Extremely Disappointed....

Have had a couple of jobs completed by Middleton's now. They have always been excellent in answering questions and taking the time to understand what our needs were before advising on products.

I highly recommend. Friendly, prompt and got the job done.
