My keys fell apart and I lost the metal part while shopping so I went here and they managed to get a code from Toyota to match my key and cut a new one. So clever. Had my car back that day.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I had previously taken a photo of a lock barrel that I needed a key cut for (it had the code on it). I was assured they could order this key in for me and a week later I received the key. The key did not fit in the lock. So I did the right thing and took the barrel out and took it into the locksmiths so they could have that. One week went past with no communication about what was going on so I first called and was told that they were waiting on a “part” to come in and that it was due in on that day and someone would give me a call. No one ever called me. I called 2 days later to ask what was going on and I was told that they were not sure what the go was and that they would get the locksmith to give me a call when he got back to the shop that afternoon. To no surprise I never received a call. I waited till the following week and called again very frustrated at this point, and was told sorry no one has even looked at your job yet. Which is amusing considering I was told they were waiting for a part that was due to come in the week prior? So I was lied to? The woman I spoke to assured me she would get the locksmith to do the job the following day as he would be in then. I waited yet another week before calling again and was told oh yes that job is done and ready to be picked up. Good communication. I go in to pick it up only to find no key was cut because the barrel was jammed. It took them a month to tell me I need to buy a new barrel. What a waste of my time. Do not recommend, I was lied to and my time was wasted. Go else where

Locked my keys in car, they had someone out within 20 mins. Very professional and polite job was done quickly.Highly recommended.

Don't bother ringing them as they don't bother to call you back even after you leave a message. Try a place that returns calls and wants your business.

This business has always rated high on most people's list. Back lately I have found staff to be disinterested and very disappointing.Went elsewhere and was treated well.

Visited late in the week. Young man behind counter was on mobile phone talking to customer taking notes understandable was happy to wait to be served. Call ends, he walks off out the back, do not get any acknowledgement or even a 'will be back in a minute' wait another 5 minutes in empty store before another staff member comes out to try and assist. I won't be back.

I called to ask about booking to get all the locks in my house recoded. Spoke to a lady and left my details being told someone will call me back to discuss this. Waited till the next afternoon and no return call. Rang a smaller company and got a time booked for the next week.If a business is too busy to return a call then it obviously doesn't need more customers like me.
