If your chasing a rag tag bunch of rough inspectors be sure to use them, next to no technical knowledge and not afraid to damage your house for fun, and to continue to make excuses as to how the damage occurred. Blatant lies seem to be their preferred method of communication

Exceptional customer service! Meleesa was always courteous and helpful in organising the building and pest inspection and the report provided was detailed and delivered within the same day. As a bonus, when I originally called to book an inspection, I was advised the next available date would be approximately 3 weeks away due too all the public holidays. I booked it in anyway and was pleasantly surprised to find they had managed to squeeze my booking in and get it done in less than a week! That's what you call over delivering!

We used Twin Cities Building & Pest for our recent purchase. Meleesa and Brett was very responsive and on the inspection day, Brett arrived early and sat in his car doing some prep work while waiting for us to arrive. Brett was nice and friendly and definitely knew his stuff. He walked us through the issues on site and provided us with useful advice. The report was clear and detailed and we were able to use it to ask the sellers to fix some of the issues before settlement. We would definitely use Twin Cities again for our future purchase.
