Bunnings West Gosford

I have been shopping at this store for many years now and I’ve always had excellent service. However today was not a good day . I went in to buy a floor rug that I had researched online and knew that it was in stock . I asked one team member who was in the vinyl flooring and carpet section where I could find the rug . He told me to go to special orders . The team member at special orders was very helpful and directed me to the front of the shop where all the limited stock rugs are. I searched through quite a few crates of rugs and I couldn’t find the one I was after. I then went to the checkout area and asked another team member could they please get someone to help me . She called for someone to come after another 10 mins of me pulling rugs out of one crate to the other I went back to checkout area again and once again she called for someone . No one seemed to want to help numerous team members walked past while I was throwing rugs out of the area to find the one I was after. After about 20 mins of moving the rugs around I finally found the one I was after. I asked the team member who rang up my order were they short staffed today she replied yes . I know at the moment every business is having staffing problems. But the team members today at West Gosford were not interested in giving their customers any service . I’m a very disappointed shopper today.

Well stocked and spacious warehouse. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable - reflects their staff training procedures. The only downside is the car parking. Generally full on weekends, car spaces should be a bit wider for tradie vans and utility vehicles

What a huge store to explore. It was well stocked and we found the staff on the floor extremely pleasant and helpful. However, a few more customer service staff were needed throughout the store.

Our preferred Bunnings, does enough trade business to have a good range of materials and some very knowledgeable staff.

Has everything you need, has great access and a fair amount of parking. I was unable to find any disability parking, but they do have pickup/loading parking near the doors.Store is well laid out, signs everywhere and staff can easily direct you and assist you with enquiries.

Pet ItemsThis store is huge and we love to come here. I often have to stock up on Pet Bedding for my Guinea Pigs and I always buy from bunnings because the quality is better and cheaper. Plus I love some cheeky plant shopping while we are there

Went to Bunnings , had to buy potting mix . Asked the man in gardening section if someone could help me push the trolley to the car . He could not help but got somebody else to help me . 10 bags of potting mix . The man that helped me was fantastic . Loaded all bags into car, evened out the load and had a few laughs with him . Great work . The lady in the coffee shop was also very friendly . Athank you Bunnings .

Love that we can take our small dogs in the trolley. Busy store although many lines sold out or unavailable. Garden section needs more varieties.

Nice big store, well stocked good quality plants. The Toilets is dirty and smell like chlorine

I had the misfortune to have to use the bathrooms at West Gosford. The worst I have ever seen and I've seen some shockers. They are filthy, stink and run down. Seriously perhaps just demolish them and don't offer these facilities. But if you are going to offer bathrooms you have to commit to maintaining them
