I give it 1 star since I cannot leave 0. The purchasing process was easy. Actually receiving the products has been a nightmare. After placing the order I received zero confirmation emails. I didn't receive one product until I wrung them and never got through. They texted me then that the powder would be sent and one other product was out of stock. I am still waiting on the last item and it's been weeks. I would never order from here again. There is no customer service. No one will return calls. Appalling.

Shopped at the Jesmond store today and was charged an extra $27 to the price advertised online. I swiped my card without realising the total cost, and when I got home and saw the receipt I called the shop expecting a refund but the response I got was “that’s normal, in store is always extra” and refused to reimburse. The explanation was that the store factored shipping costs per item. Online is a flat $10 fee per order for shipping. Won’t be shopping with them again! For reference, a $29.99 tub of amino energy from chemist warehouse is $54.95 at thesuppstop…
