It was a fun run with Martens.... they allowed me to work in Major projects as I am a so Young PM.I had a brief but great time there.... I don’t know some other stuffs saying completely opposite things... but as a 10 years experienced professional I found Martens’s Directors and other project managers are Honest, Crazy work loving people, passionate about design process.I think a energetic engineering team works there and the only criticism I would make is to The team members should talk hangout with each other.... a townhall maybe in a month....I wish all the best... learned a hell lot in a short time. I am a passionate worker and still poke the Directors for advice and suggestions:).

It is a great company to work for. The company has strong work ethics and a supportive environment. The seniors are very knowledgeable and friendly. I also appreciate the hands-on experience and the freedom in exploring and finding my own solutions to real world problems.

Excellent communication and service

I wouldnt deal with them. Whether youre a contractor or employee, the managers think they own you. They underpay and bully their own staff. They leave positive comments for themselves

I worked with Martens and Associates for approximately two years and have recently left the company to move back to QLD for personal reasons.Martens is a fast-paced environment with a diverse range of engineering projects. For me as a younger engineer this was the perfect work environment as it allowed me to develop my skills at a faster rate than other companies would allow. The skills I learnt from the project management team at Martens allowed me to really expand on my options when looking for future engineering opportunities. The level of engineering professionalism developed at Martens was definitely looked at favourably when applying for my current position.I have worked for numerous small and large companies all over Australia and found Martens to be a great company to work for.
