Picked up my delivery today for the first time dealing with this company and it was really easy. Firstly every staff member that I spoke to was incredibly polite and offered really good assistance to me as I didn’t know exactly the process for picking up an order. I didn’t know that I would need a high viz vest but they help me and provided one. Pick up was really simple I was in an out in about 10 minutes and everyone was a really good help.

Booked online via 3rd party, cheapest rate and personal message stating family business offering the best service. Meet their required criteria for package, after paying & completing document, fast transport form WA to VIC. Greeted twice at reception by separate staff, second asking if I had been helped already. Dispatch/collection was very efficient & helpful loading my pallet onto my vehicle. Never used this service before, went in blind & could not be happier.

Would give minus 5 star but obviously can't. If you think other logistics company are bad these guys will beat it, just do a quick search of their employees review will tell you why you shouldn't deal with these guys. Had some pallets going interstate book through a 3 party, they missed the pick up date by only 4 days. But then got told they would definitely come on a Friday so had someone waiting for the truck all day at the factory, including my self was there till 2pm, employee waited till 5:30 no show. Then on Monday received an futile fee over $100. apparently the magic truck rocked up at around 1/1:30pm and the factory wasn't open. Don't know if the driver couldn't read GPS or just can't bother to even show up but hey let's not even give them a ring and charge them anyway. Not recommended!

I know my truck like the back of my hand. One tonne of load is like driving a brick.On the the hand , I wondered why my truck was so light at the weighbridge, but I made the trip down from SYD in Record Time!!!!!!
