Fitstop Keperra is an amazing gym! The trainers and owners are really motivating, and supportive. The crèche is also a really great addition (no extra fee on top of your membership), and allows me to train regularly while also being the stay at home parent to my two little boys.

Great trainers and atmosphere. For a group based class, it really is for everybody as accommodations are made for injuries (I have many) and everyone is working together. Love it, longest I have ever been at a gym consistently.

Great trainers and supportive and fun gym community! Sessions are varied which keeps it interesting and enables training for all levels of fitness. Highly recommend!

Had my first session back on Saturday morning after a couple of months break. Was great to see everyone again and felt like I’d never left. It’s a great atmosphere, coaches are awesome and so supportive. Keep up the good work!!

Honestly the best gym I've ever been to, Carolyn and the trainers are so helpful and helped me so much to achieve my goals I set for my sessions when im in venue. I could not recommend this place more. Very clean and well kept. Shoutout to Sarah, Sidney, Justin, Aaron, Rod and Carolyn for always taking the best care of me and my gains.

Fitstop Keperra
I’ve done a few different group workouts and Fitstop is by far my favourite. There’s variety in programming. Awesome trainers who focus on technique and strength rather than speed. They are so welcoming and motivating right from the minute you start. There’s mini stop for the littlies and paw stop for the fur babies. Annnnd a coffee shop right next door. As well as a great community of people. Make the change to Fitstop, you’ll be glad you did!

I’ve been a member of fitstop Keperra since they opened and I absolutely love it! I’ve made so many great friends, it really is a great little community. I genuinely love working out now, even if it’s at 5am. Great trainers and energy for every session. If you’re thinking of trying it out, do it! You won’t regret it.
