TTATCON’s tradies did a great job installing a new hot water system. The plumber was outstanding. He listened and was willing to discuss the location of the tank and would have changed the type of tank previously agreed upon had I preferred it. He did a very tidy job with the pipework and fixed the leaking roof caused by the old solar system (quite a big job in itself). The electrician was equally efficient and polite. Minh was very impressive in organising the entire job from quoting, arranging tradies, right through to invoicing. He is super responsive and follows up with phone calls. The job was organised and finished very quickly. I’ve already recommended TTATCON’s plumber to friends. I’ll certainly use TTATCON for future work because Minh makes maintenance easy.
