I experienced a very low customer service at Daiso Box Hill today. I bought 6 plates with no protective packing!! I asked for it or for a small box but not provided!! The cashier was unpolite about my enquiry!! Never go back to Daiso Box Hill!!

3/7/22 Daiso closed? Is it permanently close?Update: It’s moved to SP11, Box Hill Central (North Precinct), closed to Woolworths supermarket (previous Big W area).They should put a notice at their old store location to let customers know they moved. Andtheir photos in google maps need to be updated.

Trading hours says close at 5pm on Saturday but the sliding gate/door is almost closed at 4.35 , this happen all the time.

Experienced very rude customer service, as the receipt has been stated Change of mind is allowed for full return in 14 days if i have the proof of purchase.Then I tried to return an unused and unopened item with receipt but was told by staff return not allowed coz it's a personal care/cosmatic item. Only faulty items can be return???!!!The business making some illegal and unfair policies to customer / public.

They have Japanese goods which are creative and cute, has basically anything you want. Most items for 2 bucks 80, will recommend. Although there is a lacking of staff walking around when you need assistance but otherwise its great.
