We lived in Tassie for several years. Moved north of Sydney due to change in work. We miss Tassie terribly - - the beautiful wilderness, the friendly people and the fresh produce. We loved shopping at Salamanca Market. One of our favourite stalls was Joanna Jams. We can't visit Tassie right now so we thought we would bring a little Tassie to our home and order jams online. They are even tastier than we remember. Renae and Scott have suggestions on the website as how to use the jams as accompaniments - - with ham, roast pork, cheese platter, sponge cake...... Our favourite way is to enjoy these amazing jams all by themselves on a slice of bread.

Just tried the whiskey marmalade for the very first time. It is the best marmalade ever. We cannot go back to regular store bought jams for sure. These will be my go to from now on. Great as gifts too. Will be placing my online orders soon to try the other fruit jams as well. Thank you for these awesome products.
