Good staff, good range.Parking is a bit tight.bit of as pain that they close at 12 pm Saturday and don't open Sunday.

Capable, efficient, pleasant, fair pricing. What's not to like?

They tried to help my old mower but I gave up on it and lashed out on a corvette 200. They gave me a trade in price, fueled and oiled it, and a free first service in 2 months. It's light, powerful and has 4 blades. It's quiet and only needs half power to do my place. my friends can come over and take my red corvette for a spin anytime.

Poor service, extremely disappointed. We have been loyal to Coolum Mowers for over two decades and never had issues in the past but after today we will never give them business again.We’ve had the same Chainsaw for over 16 years, it gets used about twice a year domestically to prune small limbs on the fence line etc... About 6 months ago the fuel primer bulb perished so I dropped off the chainsaw to get the bulb replaced and asked if they could replace all the fuel lines at the same time to be safe. This was completed and I used the chainsaw a few days later, no worries. The chainsaw then went back into the shed and was pulled out again about 6 months later. When I filled it with fuel, it leaked everywhere so I called CMC and explained the situation. They said to drop it off and they would take a look. It turns out the fuel hose they fitted just 6 months prior had already come off and had to be re-fitted. For this service I was charged $11 for workshop consumables and $22.50 for labour. The owner of the business explained that their work was covered with a 30 day warranty and that was that. No regard for being loyal customers or the fact that they are the ones that put the hose on incorrectly in the first place. I know it’s not a lot of money but the principal of the matter is they took no responsibility for a simple mistake and sternly fell back on their ’30 day policy’, no negotiations.They even tried to question my loyalty saying I hadn’t been there since 2014, however we have been living in NSW since 2012 and only moved back to the coast in December 2016 so I was being loyal still using them when I was living in another state. Really disappointing when the little guys get greedy too!

Friendly local service. Quite a large range of mowing apparatus at reasonable prices. They perform repairs and servicing and can even do repairs straight away of they aren't busy.Support these guys as they offer a great local service.
