I am looking at purchasing another vehicle from the dealership as the service i have received now and in the past has always been fast, efficient and a pleasure. George has assisted and been patient with all my requests and indecisions. I would certainly recommend Lennock.

For the past eight years, I've driven and had serviced a VW Commercial vehicle through Lennock Volkswagen (an Amarok ute). They provided such good service (sales, servicing and even help with repairs after a minor prang), that I had no hesitation when I needed to buy a private vehicle recently.The sales and business support process was second to none. Everything went smoothly and I was very impressed with the sales and service from initial enquiry through to driving away - even getting a call the day after to check everything was going well. My mother in law bought a car from Lennock VW the day after me and was equally impressed.Five stars!

We had a great experience buying our Golf from Lennock with Stuart. Much better than our previous car purchase and servicing through Gerald Slaven.We'll be going back to them for our next VW.

Bit dubious of dealerships, but I found them easy to deal with and upfront with any costs, I had an air con issue which they looked at and treated with some antifungal though the system as they couldnt find any other issues, They didnt even charge me,The complementary wash and vacume I noticed Straight away and I thank them for that as its often hard to do when your on a share driveway. A bit of generousity goes a long way as I would feel good about seeing them in the future should I need.

We have been dealing with Lennock Volkswagen, Peter Munday amongst other staff members for over 17 years. During this time I have bought 4 VW cars including a GTI, 2 Touregs and Tiguan. We have always been impressed with all the VW team who are excellent in customer service and in particular Peter Munday and Rick Davis, his right hand man, who have been stand outs in quality customer service. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for Peter (and Rick) who has always gone above and beyond to make sure we have been happy with all our cars and ensured a high level of service is carried through the rest of the VW team. We highly recommend Peter and his team to others and infact we already have over the 17 + years we have known him - to numerous friends and people we know who have in turn also purchased VWs through Peter and have received the same level of excellence in customer service with him. They also love the VW cars they drive and the experience they had with Peter.Congratulations to Peter and the team he runs as he is widely known as the man to go to if you want the best car buying experience possible.

Purchasing a car through Lennock Volkswagen has by far been the most easy, honest and stress free experience I have ever had, which for a girl like myself who knows very little about cars was exactly the customer service that I needed. The entire team were super helpful, accomodating and patient. Stuart was particularly very helpful during the process, he never felt like your typical pushy car salesmen at all. On delivery of my car, again Stuart was super patient and helpful and walked me through everything to do with the car and assured me that if I have any further questions that I can contact him after the fact. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! 10/10 experience from start to end!

I purchased a Polo GTI from Lennock VW and it was a great experience. I test drove the new Polo about a month before opting to purchase. When I eventually decided I was going to go ahead with the purchase I had everything sorted on the day and drove away in the car only a couple of days after, just in time for Christmas!
