I had an issue with my reticulation system as there was no power going into it. Rang Steven who advised the system needs to be replace and quoted $320 for the job. When he arrived on the day, he said only the adaptor needed to be replaced and charged $270!! I continued to have issues with the machine as it was not fixed properly. I tried to ring him and ask him to come back to replace the system and asked for a new quote. He said he would get back to me but never did, despite texting him to follow up afterwards. Now I am still stuck with the poor job he did with no other solution as he misdiagnosed the issue and overcharged for the job. I don't recommend him to anyone as he is not professional and does not deliver a quality of service and overcharges for simple jobs.

We had a sunset switch installed at our property by this company about 10 months ago and it subsequently failed. I went to their website and confirmed there was only a 6 month warranty. Fair enough I guess, but I did think the standard 1 year warranty given by most would be more appropriate. But I thought I would use the same company as they may be able to detect more easily what caused the failure. But after phoning text messaging and emailing over several weeks I was not able to get a response. Disappointing all round. 1 positive was the company we ended up using was 20% cheaper than the price we paid previously.
