The Body Shop

My daughter & I were in Hornsby Body Shop recently..we brought our concerns to the sales girl attention, how the scent of our vitamin E facial cleanser had changed and was no longer appealing to use. She dismissed our concern and was more focused on the pending sale of other products we were buying..I still had purchase receipts for the facial cleansers, so I returned to store with the 2 tubes today..yet again the store manager was unavailable!! Daniella said she was relieving SMgr..her and her colleague didnt want to accept my product concern, tried to have me go away and call customer care and see if they would help, because she didnt know what to do!! I said no, you call them while Im here..no resolution offerred. Daniella told me, you brought the product 6mths ago (was 5mths, and only used in last 2mths), I pointed out the product has a 12mth life. !! She tried to tell me you only have 30days to return a product !! Daniella said she would email the district mgr tomorrow and would call me about decision..So, I called customer care, got a refund reference #, went back into store and request refunds to be processed..Such poor customer service by Hornsby Body Shop staff, that I will no longer be buying your products, which I have used for many years...This could have been sorted in 5mins, but no, it was 45mins of my time..I would prefer to give no star rating.

Beautiful range of scented products that make perfect gifts. Staff seemed friendly but lacked knowledge of popular products ingredients, uses, location within the store, and also the price of advertised sale items... Maybe they were new?

Had great customer service from Danielle and Jessie. Will definitely return.

Customer service is terrible. It was like i was being judged. They dont know me. So was it my weight, i dont know. Definitely last resort store. Body shop burwood and oenrith the girls are so nice

Where do I begin? I don't normally write reviews, but I'm making an exception just this once because of this amazing salesperson. Gia was fantastic, I'm an absolute novice when picking anything out and she managed to guide me through every question I had with grace and knowledge. Body washes? She got me. She's a 10/10 superstar and you'd be lucky to have this woman look after you to help you through your body shop needs.

Lovely staff who are friendly and genuine. The staff knew the details of their stock and answered all questions I had.

went in today after lockdown and was treated like i was very stupid so i walked out the lady needs to think outside the box and be more helpful instead off being narrow minded no custumer service at all.after lockdown u cant afford to reject the custumer
