Gentleman that showed me through a property was lovely so I ended up applying. Firstly they read my application incorrectly and asked for my sister to go guarantor although I have over 5 years (clean) rental history. I did offer under the asking price and was unable to move for a few weeks so I understand it was likely to be declined however I was never informed. No contact made since asking me to up my price - which I did. Only knew I wasn't successful when property was taken off the market online. Property was sitting vacant for months and months so don't believe they work hard enough to secure a good tenant for owner.
