Was rudely told I didn't have an appointment even though I booked online. After we got it sorted out I got a pedicure, which I was happy with. Have previously had great nails done by them but their customer service definitely needs improvement.

Such lovely customer service & great work for a reasonable price. Made to feel very comfortable.

Rushed job. The girl didn't even massage my feet, just a quick uncaring massage of my calves. It seems that they don't really care for their customers which surprises me. When you're in such an industry, you should actually smile at your customers e en if you are unable to speak much English. They just talk to each other, you can't understand them. They rush through the job so they can go back onto their phones.I won't use them again.

I decided to give it a go..If you explain to the girls what you want you might get what you need..but when I walked in after one of my nails come out to ask them to fix it and I been barked backbusy "

Love having my nails done here. All the girls are lovely and always leave with a beautiful fresh set. Thank you Orchard Nails, see you again in 3 weeks :)

Filthy salon. Don’t clean hand station between clients. When I asked for the filthy disposable mat to be replaced the absolutely refused. So disappointed as it use to be a good salon.

Appalled by the lack of customer service and manner in which the SNS nail application was applied. Nail technician more interested in mobile phone which was sitting beside her whilst undertaking work.When questioned about the uneven color of nail enamel I was informed it was the product. Suggested that perhaps if that the products fault maybe don’t use that specific product. I’m not one to ever raise concerns and it wasn’t the nail technician’s work I was questioning initially . However I was not leaving the store until nail color reapplied with a color that did not leave a washed out appearance. Nail technician was not happy with my request. Superior employee assessed work and became defensive stating it always happens, again I stated perhaps they need to eliminate product from current nail color offerings if when used gives unintentional washed out appearance .Under sufferance nail technician reapplied fresh color without taking care or pride in work , I would have been better making nil complaint, leaving store and removing product myself . I was made feel I was at fault for raising a simple concern. I was then informed to rebook with the girl who usually does my nails . Note I will not be rebooking or returning to Orchard Road Nails in Albury regardless.Please note that nails were redone at another salon with Staff who were friendly and kind.

Really bad salon. Claire is a very rude person. I am surprised how anyone can behave like that being in customer service buisness. I got sns done, she left glue all around my nails. Upon asking she replied take it off at home. I felt intimidated and scared to ask again. She charged me $5.88 as bank change on top of $50. Never going back. Would give 0 stars if i can.I have attached a picture of glue stuck on my fingers. I have been rubbing my hands with everything possible and it is not coming off. Seriously dissapointed

I asked for shellac nails only and the lady started my nails and then told me this is going to be 45.00 I said to her I only want shellac no manicure, but she said sorry I already started, then charged me 45.00 when I finished, be careful of overpricing

Walk in bit late in the evening, but as happy to do pedicure for me.Highly recommend.
