really nice staff, welcoming and helpful. organised, music isn’t loud. all the people there look amazing with their makeup application. wish they did facial services at this location.

I didn’t feel good enough & I told her about that. She took the time and helped me massively recommending me the best skin care products and also writing it on paper step by step on how to use it! Shoutout to Gabby!! She was absolutely amazing! I needed helping with a few products for my bali trip coming up. All the mecca girls are attentive however Gabby went above and beyond walking me around the store and grabbing everything I needed. After she grabbed me the 5 items, I asked her for a few testers as I’m wanting to try new products, in particular the Charlotte tilbury concealer. I’ve been wanted to try this concealer for a while as concealers don’t work for me. I’ve asked 5 or more girls for that concealer sample and was regretted “we don’t give concealer tester as it to hard to get out”. Gabby made me feel comfortable asking for tester and even gave me the concealer tester to try without hesitation. She even added tester of product she recommends and loves which she really appreciated! I’ll be asking for Gabby when visiting mecca Macquarie!

Came in and asked a sales assistant what the best selling setting spray was, and specifically asked for one that didn’t leave spots on my face. I was told to buy the urban decay setting spray. It’s the worst setting spray I’ve ever used.. not sure if it’s faulty or what.. but it leaves clumps all over my face like glue and it’s so hard to get it out of your hair. Really disappointed that I trusted the workers opinion. I’ve now spent $70 on a setting spray that is unusable.

Giorgia from this particular store is beautiful both on the inside and out. She was so kind and friendly, helped my mum with a whole bunch of stuff, starting from primer to lipstick. She brought such a wide smile on my mum’s face throughout the hour we spent here! Highly recommend this store and if you are heading in, make sure you ask for Giorgia.

I was served today by a girl named tara, she was the absolute best, took her time getting colour matches for both concealer and foundation, helped us out with multiple other things and gave us great recommendations. She was patient and listened to what we needed, overall she had amazing customer service.

I always have amazing experience inMecca , Macquarie shopping center but Isabel Chambers, makes it more special evey time I visit. She knows how to treat costumers with respect while building trust with them. I just want to acknowledge her sincerity and effort in making my experience fantastic. Shabnam

Visited Mecca few weeks ago to colour match foundation for my problematic skin. Marcel (staff member) was extremely helpful and spent a significant amount of time with me looking at Hourglass foundation. She provided me with enough samples to trial before I returned today to purchase the full size product in the correct colour. Very happy with customer service. Thank you!
