Got a quote for a Skylight install, when I went to book in for the install, 24 hours later, wouldn’t honour the quote and said the prices have gone up, after asking Ally if she would honour the quote she gave me 24 hours earlier, she simply said no, don’t waste your time and go with someone else

I had a great experience with the team and the results are amazing and better than expected. My windowless bathroom looks like there is a light on now, even on cloudy overcast days.

The customer service is non existent! Ally is the worst: she is super unfriendly and just plan rude. I really wanted the solar tube they offer but unfortunately I can not buy off this resellers on principle: Ally had no reason to be rude I have no idea how other people support a business that treat their customers so bad. Worst customer service experience honestly don’t understand how anyone could want to use this company after talking with receptionist!
