Walked in first thing I hear is a young one swearing out the back, he did however apologise though. Chips tasted like dishwashing liquid and very very salty to the point you could not eat them. Get home they forgot to give me the tartar sauce. For $36 bit overpriced for the quality we got.

Absolutely terrible. The Sea Perch was dry and very thin, chicken snitzel was hard and over cooked. Spent $40+ on fish n chips for my 6 year old daughter and I. The only things that tasted ok were the seafood sticks and calamari. I really should have bought dinner elsewhere. I said no thanks to the chicken salt but our food was caked in it anyway. 1 star only so I could post.

Would give it no stars if I could when I ordered got told one price when I picked up to pay for told another price which was more.Came back to each lunch with the family opened up our fish and chips and it was all old and disgusting. Old was old fish was all different sizes called to speak to a manager and got told they might call me back. When someone did they started an argument trying to say that there wasn’t anything wrong with our food. Wouldn’t let my dog eat from here.

Trying to save money on a Sunday by using Junior staff may not be a great idea if they are incompetent in there jobs.We ordered our food which to be honest is reasonably priced, we received our order and got home to find food missing calamari and pineapple fritter, so drive all the way back to pick up other food to be challenged that food was placed in box which was not there, to be honest the cost of the $2 fritter to not cook another one and give to the customer speaks volumes instead of saying we are checking the cameras to see if it was placed in the box.There is a little rule in hospitality/food industry that unfortunately some customers take advantage of but ordinarily most customers are honest “the customer is always right”.Unfortunately you have lost a customer for the cost a pineapple fritter.

So ridiculous again thought we would give the locals another chance and yet another night to disappoint. Ordered our dinner and took over 35mins to get a hotdog, calamari & small chips. We ordered our Chinese 10mins after and it was ready before our fish & Chips. We have given them 3 chances to be better and it's never improved. So disappointing.

Of all the fish and chips shops I been too. I have never had to pay for chicken salt for an extra 30c. They may say chicken salt isn’t free. But neither is normal salt but that’s not charged extra yeah? Won’t be returning.

Edited Review:Added an additional star as the service and food recently provided has improved.Original Review:Not thrilled with the service today. I ordered chips and a pineapple fritter online before leaving home. Decided to stop in at Woolworths first before collecting my order only to find it wasn't ready yet and told it was just being wrapped. I was left waiting for another 7 minutes. Finally got my chips 26 minutes after the initial order. Opened them when I got them home and they were terrible. Small left over chips that looked like they had been scraped from the bottom of the barrel.

$10 for a fish burger!!Small tail section of fish, 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice of tomato. I don’t mind paying the money but expect a decent product to go with the price tag.I try to support our local businesses, but these guys have taken my money for the last time. I won’t be back.
