Excellent service, David the pharmacist is always going out of his way to help. Have been going there for years, even after moving suburbs and having other pharmacies much closer.

I’ve had good & bad experiences at this chemist. Few times I’ve been in staff have been lovely , chatty and helpful. Other times very rude , abrupt and unprofessional. Very mixed feelings about this store I guess you have to go in on a day the staff are all in a good mood and you will get the help you need.

They need help they lost my renew medi cation cert I can’t belive it I been coming 8 years every week and they do this me I feel sick to much but ill take day work and hope they get there paper work in-line not happy again and getting told find another doctor though ???? Feel sick

The lady at front counter is helpful but quite abrupt. Haha. I was browsing and found my items at the shelf and I'm looking at it, and she saidCan I help you" but her tone was just very forward and not soft and polite.She should work on her tone of voice.Items in this chemist are quite expensive.Being the only chemist in Kingsford I guess they can jack up the prices.But overall

Most staffs are rude and grumpy. Especially, the western cashier with black eye glasses at the counter was very rude to me today. She called me, her customer with flexing her index finger but no saying anything while she was getting me at the counter. Who call his/her customer with using their fingers without verbal language?? Absolutely, disgusting and uneducated behavior. I never go back there again.
