We have now used Complete twice, having Michael and Matthew come out to inspect. They are thorough, practical and detailed. Real piece of mind using them and knowing they have the experience to spot any major issues so as a buyer you can make an informed decision. Would highly recommend if you are seeking to use a local and experienced outfit who will be straight with you and not sugar coat things.

Moved into house and discovered mould all thru master bedroom. carpet and curtains needs replacing this should of been reported in the pest and building that I paid for but wasn’t - costing me thousands to fix that I should of asked previous owner to do if pest and building reported it to me! slack response saying it wasn’t there when inspected mould doesn’t develop in carpet and curtains in a few days obviously didn’t properly check for mould. Really not happy with this response or this expense that should have been on the last owners.
