I don't appreciate high pressure sales tactics in a healthcare environment. Unprofessional.I booked a 30 minute evening appointment.I then received a call about an hour later saying the therapist doesn't prefer to do 30 minute appointments in the evening" and I had no choice but to "make it a 60 minute appointment or reschedule to the next day."I don't appreciate these high pressure type sales tactics in a healthcare environment.The website allows you to book for 30 minutes

I used to go to the fitzroy place but since moving to the city I've changed to the CBD location. So glad I did because Mina is amazing!! I've only gone a couple times but he always remembers what issues I get with my back and how to fix them, 10/10!!!! <3

Anthony is simply amazing! I have had issues for 10 years and nobody, no doctors, physio, specialist could help me with my muscle pain. Anthony fixed me up with one session. He is so knowledge and a holistic practitioner ! I would recommend him to anybody with chronic issues! Stable massage keep this guy!!

Kiwi was absolutely amazing! After the massage I felt refreshed but ultimately also pretty normal, so I didn't think too much of it. That was until later in the day when I realised that I suddenly have a hugely wider range of motion than before. I work a desk job but also exercise a lot, so I'm pretty tense. I normally have to do a lot of yoga to counteract that, and even doing that regularly didn't do what Kiwi did for me in an hour.The massage was also very pleasant - firm enough to be effective, but she made sure that I'm not in pain and that I'm still going fine. I really am deeply grateful to her!

I had a great experience here with Anthony, I'm 3 months post surgery for a total shoulder reconstruction and biceps tenodesis.I've had two other partial reconstructions when I was much younger, and due to the amount of scar tissue, arthritis and soreness on the area, treating me is not easy.Anthony spent time talking through my surgeries and the challenges I have been facing in my rehab, and worked through massage in different positions and techniques to relieve the pain and pressure on my neck, back and shoulder. He finished off with some dry needling. This past week is the best I've felt since the surgery, and will be going back again for sure.The actual business and rooms are very clean, warm and well presented as well.Highly recommend!

Quiet, restorative, hygienic and purposeful. I’ve attended Stable several times during my pregnancy to help with lower back and hip pain. I really appreciate their clarification on firmness, locations of focus and level of conversation. Personally, I asked for firm and whilst the experience can be intense you emerge wonderfully centred. Shout out to Klaudia, whom I’ve recommended to several of my family and friends.
