Great cleaner, just a couple of times she has cancelled late

Happy with our cleaner- she is always willing to do a bit extra for us.

Totally messed around while trying to book an end of lease clean. I was told that I would receive a confirmation call Monday morning (called on Saturday for a clean on Wednesday). 930am Monday I call, as I haven't heard anything. I am assured that I will have a confirmation call from the cleaner by lunch time. 230pm I call back, and am told by end of business I will know what's happening. Tuesday is a public holiday. I ask politely to please be notified as soon as possible as we are now pushing it to find a cleaner this week. By this stage I'm researching cleaners again.330pm I recieve a text message (not even a call!) to say 'we haven't got availability for your booking'. This is after an initial email stating that our cleaners are being organised, and numerous assurances that they will be in touch to confirm our appointment and quote.I recommend looking elsewhere. This is the first time I've written a review, but the service was so lousy I felt people should know. Moving house is hard enough without being stuffed around by cleaners.

Very happy with our cleaner. Always prompt and efficient - even did those one-off jobs while we were away.

Love both my cleaners............seriously can't live without them.

Kim is very honest, punctual, reliable & dutiful in her cleaning role & listens carefully to my requests.

Sue is great. Yes Ken, my husband passed away, Sue had met him, Sue has been great, taking all his big stuff, it would of been so hard for me, to get rid of things, as I don't have any family and off course having the things around, only made me more sad.Yes Sue is a great cleaner, as I am a great talker, If I weren't here she would do more, as she would have the whole 2 hour to clean, but she does she can in the allotted time, and more importantly for me, she is a very caring person, she leaves my tiles, clean and my carpets vaccum, and toilet cleaned, kitchen bench and microwave, which as I said to her, I don't use the stove now.I feel Sue was sent to me, to help through my grief, by being amazing, but we all know her cleaning skills are second to none, hey I am suppose to do some cleaning, to make the whole thing complete, but I have been bad, and have not been reciprocating, Dear Sue she doesn't say anything, she gets that I am very sad, and feeling and are useless at the momentSome times we have been given a gift,yep Sue is my gift, she helps in sooo many ways, and she is a great cleaner, very punctual, never late, as the songs goes, WHO COULD ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE
