DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE RATINGS AND FAKE REVIEWSItems ordered weren’t made as per what was claimed on the menu. Crinkle cut chips were served as regular chips. The burgers, hotdogs and loaded fries ordered were missing key ingredients that it seems they didn’t have at the time e.g. pineapples, jalapeños, sour cream etc. Coffee served in a regular takeaway container and tasted really weird, was some cold brew prepackaged coffee, when the order was specifically iced latte. $22 burgers are the size of a maccas cheeseburger.Photos attached for the sad supermarket hotdog and chips costing $14 and $8.Not sure how this place is rated so highly, the only plus is that they are happy to refund when you complain.

Must have been having a bad day because the staff were super rude to us after we were being as polite as possible. They also mismanaged expectations. If it's going to take 30 minutes to serve me my food, I'd prefer to know you're busy upfront. A simple 'just so you know there's a decent wait at the moment' would have been ideal.To top it all off, my order was incomplete and was served cold.I understand it's a challenge when things aren't going well, but simple communication would have solved this instead of attitude given to the most polite people you're dealing with today.

Not a great deal of gluten-free food and a chance of contamination, I decided to decline and have a bottle of water; nevertheless, the husband decided he wanted a hot dog. He was satisfied with it.Clean environment.Staff were honest about gluten-free which was appreciated.

Burgers were amazing. Food prepared on time, friendly and respectful staff.We had the Royal burger, was cooked well, juicy patty. Very fresh lettuce and tomatoes.Thank you guys for an enjoyable lunch.

Amazing Cafe! The workers there were so nice and friendly! The hot chocolate there tasted so rich and smooth. The coffee was great! Delicious raspberry muffins as well, kids loved them. The actual Cafe itself was spacious and had a great vibe. Beautiful cafe and food, I recommend going here.

Loved it! Tried these guys the other day, my daughter and partner were horse riding so my son and I had lunch there. 2 Roy Al's and chips.. Definitely super tasty, my son said it was in his top 5 for burgers places we've tried and we like to try different burger joints a lot.I took my partner and daughter back after their horse riding session - they had a halloumi burger, fried cauliflower and chips. They also loved theirs..I'm not sure about all the bad reviews, our experience was something very different. It's not cheap, but not much is these days. Only complaint is it's too far from my house.Very good service also - the guy remembered my name from earlier in the day. Definitely recommend and will go back if in the area.

Honestly, have been here twice and can't fault the food or the service. Best burgers you'll find in country Victoria. Running a small business is hard in the country, especially a seasonal town. After reading some negative reviews, my thoughts are this: Mansfield gets incredibly busy on long weekends etc and food options are limited. (Especially good ones). Expect a wait but also expect fresh food, cooked from scratch and support a business that is open 7 days no matter what. Even when no one is in town. Food shortages are also a real thing with limited deliveries in the country. Thank you for bringing some city food out here for everyone to enjoy. Keep it up. Amazing coffee, made to perfect temperatureas requested. Staff were awesome. I'm careful of what I can and can't eat and the chef made my meal to instructions without hesitation. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back
