My dog ate something he shouldn't eat last night, and we hurried to see the vet. The doctor was so kind as to reassure us, and he treated our dog quickly. Even late at night, he was very nice and professional, and I could feel that he was a real animal lover.Dr.Baden is the best vet I've ever seen.Thanks for your help, Dr. Baden.No words can express this appreciation.

Great vet, treating all my animals with urgency and care.Definitely more of a pricey vet for Bundaberg, but for the sevice and care you and your pet will receive it works out well. They are very thorough with their treatments and aftercare.They have a specialist Avian vet and are available at all times in case of an emergency.

When we first moved to Bundaberg, Sugarland Animal Hospital was the only vets that could fit us in within the week, my cat was behind in his vaccination so I was very happy we could take him there. We always get great service from the team. Their opening hours are great too!

I had to take my Dog Missy in for an 'emergency' consultation one Sunday morning (Sugarland is not our usual vet). Missy's face had swelled from a reaction to something, and they got us in straight away. My dog is super nervous around strangers, but Dr Baden was fantastic with her, taking the time to ensure she felt safe and comfortable. Very friendly and caring service given by Dr Baden and the reception staff. Thank you.

Dreadful service, if you are in a situation where your dogs needs immediate attention because it was attacked but you can not pay with any of the payment options because you are ineligible or your phone can't do afterpay in store, they will turn you away and let your pet continue to suffer.I was told

My four-footed furry feline friend and constant companion Mische attended Sugarland Animal Hospital for a dental procedure and full health check today. She wishes to pass on her heartfelt thanks to all of the amazing and exceptionally caring staff involved during her stay! She has awarded staff and premises 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and more if this was possible. Needless to say, Mische's owner is in full agreement with her appraisal!
