Do not under any circumstance use this company. They have not one shred of customer service.They will take no responsibility for there own mistakes. Specific set of tyres ordered and when they arrive the company realized they had ordered the wrong tyres, instead of admitting the error they quickly put them on your car and as soon as you drive away, apparently that voids there responsibilty its now your problem that the all terrain mud tyre you ordered has suddenly become just an all terrain tyre.

Tyre power has no idea of customer service and take no responsibility for their representatives. I was quoted for four new Micky Thompson’s 119 light truck tyres for my Toyota hilux I accepted the quote, unfortunately at the time I trusted the Tyrepower representative would do the right thing but instead they put 110s on. I proceeded on our around Australia trip experiencing 3 punctures one could not be repaired & 1 that was repaired I was advised not to use it for long periods as the inside rubber was deteriorating & another that developed a bubble on the side wall. I contacted Tyrepower where I purchased it from only to be advised the previous owner had retired and I should chase him up. Fortunately I found out what the problem was from the very helpful Micky Thompson rep before I had a more serious failure. I have now purchased 9 brand new tyres and had three punctures repaired . I asked the Tyrepower rep to be compensated for the excess moneys paid and was told it was not Tyrepower responsibility.I purchased my tyres from Tyrepower not an individual. They are the ones that get the franchise fees and incentives from their agents the buck stops with them.At least Ned Kelly wore a mask!
