Jacqui has been managing my rental apartment for some years now and year after year is an absolute star! She procures really good professional tenants! my place is always cared for as if it was the only property in her portfolio (which I know it is certainly not!). Following bad Sydney rainfall recently, she has been pivotal in arranging for repairs of leak source (despite this being a task for the building management) and progressing internal repairs. I’m sure there were many times when they were pulling their hair out, Jacqui acting as part time counsellor and part time PA to us as well as working tirelessly updating us, building relationships with possible purchasers and keeping her pulse on what was happening in the market. We thought we had good ideas about how to approach things, which she listened to patiently, but her ideas were always better, based on her extensive experience and understanding of the market.
