Independent Curtains

Surprised by the other reviews. Our curtains were installed a few weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier!We had a lounge room bay window done and a large bedroom one too.From the first phone call, through to the installation, I don’t think they could have been any more professional and friendly.The consultant, Sarah, really knows her subject - and helped me pick a fabric which has lightened the rooms considerably. She did the quote on the spot which was unexpected!!The company kept us up to date with what was happening and installation was done professionally and in the timeframe they said it would be. (They even came out on a Saturday to fit around my work schedule). I would highly recommend them.

Hired independent curtains and was quoted $5000, the automatic blinds keep failing, we have missing screws, dented screws, the blind is beginning to thread, we only Installed them a year ago. Communication is very poor
