Well equipped, very clean, very friendly

Had an absolutely amazing class at Strong Henley Beach. Great workout, great facilities, and great people in there. The instructor PJ was awesome; very informative, encouraging, and even hit us with some great motivational quotes! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great quick workout in a great community!

Absolutely love this place! The set up, the structure of the classes and the instructors are all fantastic. The classes are challenging and instructors motivating. A great way to switch your mind off to the outside world for 45mins.

I really love STRONG Pilates Henley Beach. I was a bit nervous when I started and was pleased to see people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels in the classes. It is a very positive environment and a fantastic workout. Since joining, I have noticed a huge improvement in my core strength and overall shape and fitness. Yes, it is hard and challenging and I look like a beetroot at the end of a class, but all of the instructors are so lovely and encouraging, even at 5:00am! They are also very knowledgeable and experienced which means that they can modify exercises if you need to/have an injury. The cold towels at the end of each class are the best!

Dani the instructor was welcoming and very professional. The atmosphere and sweaty workout was worth the visit. Dani is obviously a big asset to the success of the business, she understands how to accommodate to customers and I loved the experience. I'll be back to Strong either here or in other states.
