I first wrote the review below around three years ago. Since then Adam, Rose and all of the KVG team have delivered an even higher level of support and service to owners and our guests. They have managed outstanding guest experiences and owner support despite the considerable challenges of COVID, floods, extreme weather events and major disruptions to roads accessing and around Kangaroo Valley. Simply outstanding service and achievements. - May 2023.Post around late 2019- We unfortunately do not live in this magical place full time. We were fortunate enough to find Taliesin KV after searching the valley for five years. We took the decision to let very seriously, wanting our guests to sample all the delights of our unique location and magnificent home. We are delighted with the outstanding service and attention of Adam, Rose and the team at Kangaroo Valley Getaways.. they under-promise and over-deliver on every critical guest experience element. We had initially used another Bowral-based manager, but KVG in three months easily exceeded their predecessor's efforts over 12 months, and the five star reviews keep coming!

We have been staying with Kangaroo Valley Getaways for nearly 7 years and could not fault them!! Rose, Adam, Allyssa & Jacqueline go above and beyond for their guests and ensure that we always have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Their properties are spotless, have lots of additional extras and if there are any problems- very rarely- they rectify the problem immediately. Communication is exceptional and the fact they are extremely kind and caring makes every experience with Kangaroo Valley Getaways such a pleasure!! We will definitely be returning soon!

We stayed at Robinson's Run over the weekend. What an amazing property. We stayed with a group of 10 and we have go away together regularly. This was by far the most we have ever enjoyed a property. The location is picturesque and so peaceful and private. The house is perfect for couples with an ensuite in every room. Beautiful furnishings, quality mattresses and comfortable pillows made for a perfect nights sleep. The property was so well equipped we did not have to leave, there was so much to do and enjoy on the property it felt like we were at a resort. No expense has been spared in making this property what it is. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at Pindari for our anniversary weekend.It is a spectacular property, and the tiny home itself is gorgeous. It had everything we needed, and was beautifully designed & fitted out. We appreciated all the little details - they’ve thought of everything.It made for an extremely peaceful and relaxing getaway.Thank you!

From the moment we arrived at Hanigans Cottage in beautiful Bolong we were hooked! We absolutely loved our stay in this quaint, historical cottage with it's beautiful history and immaculate presentation! We absolutely loved the luxurious beds and bath with a spectacular view. The lounge with it's warm sunlight in the mornings was perfect for a morning read. The kitchen was a cooks dream with everything supplied to cook up a storm! We were so appreciative of the prompt and efficient assistance we received from Rose and Adam when we inquired about whether our arrival would be affected by the recent floods. They immediately checked on our access and checked in to see if we'd arrived safely.We had a wonderful stay, it was the perfect location to relax and unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the friendly neighbours, the cows!

I recently stayed at “Glenmurray” in Kangaroo Valley managed by Kangaroo Valley Getaways. Right from the start Rose and Adam were so friendly, professional and helpful. Our accommodation was beautiful. It was clean on arrival and just as lovely as in the photos. We loved how peaceful it was and also Nigel the local goat! I have since recommended our stay to many friends and family. I will be back and won’t hesitate to book with Kangaroo Valley Getaways next time.

Sweet Gum Bend, Jenanter Drive. very nice and private place, i'd love to come back again. very spacious and nice views. great heating and kitchen. Dishwasher would have been great in the very big kitchen and while water conservation is a top concern in Kangaroo valley. Lights could have been better, very dark inside, No internet and Telstra 4G coverage was very unreliable, and expect network congestion on long weekends. was hard to receive messages at some times.

We recently stayed at the wonderful 'Lyra' which we had booked through Kangaroo Valley Getaways. From our initial enquiry and throughout our stay, Rose, Jacqueline and Adam at KVG made us feel welcome, provided great information and presented the property beautifully. It is a very relaxing space with a great kitchen, lovely bedding, a superb covered outdoor lounge area with a woodfired oven and stunning views. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend Lyra and the services of Kangaroo Valley Getaways. We will be coming back.

My partner and I stayed at Pindari in Kangaroo Valley for our wedding night. It was a beautiful place to stay and looks exactly like the photos. It’s the perfect spot to relax and get away from everything. There isn’t anything I could fault about the place.
