Poor workmanship using cheap Chinese bearings no primer on checker plate / draw bar and hitch. All bearings were pitted and had to be replaced along with bearing races only after 12 months. Handbreak lever broke when engaging the handbreak. If you decide to buy a trailer here go over the finer details and ask them to put it in writing. For one supply of Japanese bearings

Got my boat trailer repaired lots of vibration, 95% fixed but got to say they tried there best. I would definitely recommend. In and out fast service

I wouldn't recommend anyone here. I asked how much for hydraulic cylinder repair and they said $140.When I make the payment, they turn around and MAKE me paid $198 because it took them longer from 10mins to 15mins of workI was waiting for them to repair.Don't trust them

This week I was trying to find an uncommon seal for a dunbier trailer. Called heaps of places and had no luck. Spoke to Daniel over the phone and told me to bring the hub in and see what he could do. Daniel was able to get a seal made up and got me out of trouble.

Michael was extremely helpful and politeIt was good to get this type of service and help one needed for getting a toolbox made for the back of my UteMichael informed me of all the critical problem with using his product. This meant a lot to me as i was wanting to be careful of the weight i was carrying.Even though i was not given the same information from other toolbox manufacturers which proves Australian made will always be the best

My problem was not a big thing, I'd buggered the studs on the hub of my trailer. The dude was very courteous and helpful and fixed my problem on the spot for little cost. I would not hesitate to make this business my first stop with any future trailer issues.
