BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Phillip Island

We were a family group on a camping weekend away, everything was excellent. The astro turf was so good as a wet weekend. The facilities are excellent, we all commented on the cleanliness. Great kids play areas and the camp kitchen was brilliant with a pizza oven and lovely seating on the outside. 2 min walk to the beach and lovely walks to lots of different hospitality locations was excellent too. Really enjoyed the experiance.

Three teenagers and a 7 year old and we all had a ball. The place is clean and friendly staff. Less then a few minutes walk to the beach. My boys enjoyed playing basketball and my daughter in the game room. She loved seeing the animals at our door step. We had an amazing time and definitely we will be back.

Absolutely amazing caravan park! We stayed here over the New Years period and we loved it so much that we are returning and staying over the easter holidays. This caravan park has absolutely everything you need and is right on the beach. We can't wait to return in Easter and hopefully see our little duck friend that we made there too whilst camping!

Great cabins and clean. Staff super friendly and helpful. Definitely go again.

We've stayed in an unpowered camp site and have been here multiple times as it's convenient and there is usually availability.The site is pretty good, clean facilities, some activities for children, beach within a short walk and town is just 15min drive. It's by the road so there is some traffic noise. The site also is right behind a swamp like body of water so there are a lot of animals! We've seen lots of bunnies, colourful birds, tiny frogs, even a wallaby and echidna. None of them messed with our tent.I have noticed this site accepts a lot of school or summer group camps and sometimes they have been really rowdy and disruptive. The staff have tried to control this by relocating the groups or imposing rules but it's quite unpleasant to arrive with a young family and be greeted with big groups of loud teen boys. They also take up a lot of the common areas.

Kids loved it here. Our cabin was opposite the playground so the kids made lots of friends and enjoyed spending the day outside. Cabins are cosy and location was right near the water as you come into Phillip Island.

Stayed here 6months ago.Definitely needs an upgrade, especially for the money spent on staying here for a week in our tents. There's a beach here, but tide was always out during the day. It would've been good if they had a pool. They have carts here, $10 15-minute, and this is probably the only good entertainment the kids loved.Met a lovely family who stayed at this site for a week as well, and they kept us entertained lol. The toilets, showers, and kitchen were always clean.

Perfect place to stop in and explore the island! All the staff I interacted with were so friendly and had a smile on their face. The check in process was easy too.Good vibes around all day and night. The other guests were very respectful. I highly recommend!

Kim’s attitude towards customers was repulsive. When we arrived we were talked down to and treated like we had no clue about the size of our van. We spoke to other travellers that had the same experience with office staff here. Yes we did fit in that site that you claimed we wouldn’t fit in. I understand this caravan park may get some bad apples that don’t follow the rules but That does not give you the right to speak to customers like your running a concentration camp we wanted to leave within the first 10 minutes we got there. No wonder the park was almost empty after the weekend.-Arcade machines not maintained and swallowed money-Jumping pillow was a con it has been replaced with the base from an old jumping castle that was so under inflated it was actually dangerous if a toddler couldn’t find their way to climb off it-Staff put all long stay caravans together right beside each other while other parts empty-Sites are very poorly spaced out with marginal room between each caravan

I think that 119 dollars for that cabin it's too much. It was really small. There's not real kitchen for cook. Everything was absolutely small.. If the price was cheaper it's ok but 119 just because you have access to the beach it's too much. I have been in others holiday parks around Australia, cheaper and bigger.. I would pay a maximum of 90 dollars for something like that..
