Amalfi Pizza & Pasta Wendouree

Absolutely love this place. Food is fantastic and the service is even better. I believe the person I deal with is Cassandra. She remembers my name, always has the food ready and is just fantastic. Love going here late at night after work and getting a “midnight” dinner.

Food was hot and very delicious, staff were very polite and nice, store was clean tidy, well stocked drink fridges.

Not a very good experience.Ordered 3 pizzas instore and when we got home 2 of the pizzas were right the 3rd pizza wasn't. Called then they said they would replace and deliver it. And it took over an hr. Wasn't very happy as my friends ate their pizza so theirs wouldn't get cold. Very disappointed with the service here. Won't go back

We tried Amalfi Pizza for the first time tonight.We have been looking for a new place to buy pizza. It's not all about finding the cheapest. We just want a reasonably priced pizza with a decent amount of fresh toppings.The one we had been going to for the past couple of years has reduced the amount of topping on their pizza noticeably so we decided to do a little online research and was impressed with what we saw on Amalfi's website. Take a look.We bought a large pizza; half Hawaiin & half The Lot with anchovies added. I was impressed to find anchovy fillets I could see and actually taste. The shop we had been getting our pizza prior to Amalfi charged extra for anchovy which would have been fine but when I opened the box I couldn't see Amy anchovies and certainly couldn't taste any!We will definitely go back to Amalfi.The service was prompt and the staff were welcoming.UPDATE TO ABOVE REVIEWWe ordered a family sized takeaway pizza tonight as we had enjoyed our large one the first time we ordered a few months ago. Unfortunately, tonight we both agreed the base was really tough to chew.Also, I asked for mild salami on my half of the pizza which was one with 'the lot'. I had to pick the two slices of salami on my half off as they were too hot.

Ordered instore and was told it would be a 20 min wait, ended up waiting for 45 mins, the pasta and garlic bread we're only just warm and had clearly been left sitting out for a while .The extra topping we had paid for on the pizza was missing ,food was nice but very ordinary service.

Fantastic quality! We got the meatlovers pizza and it was amazing. Marvelous meat with superb sauce. We also got the wings which were great and tasty. And we got the bolognese pasta which I loved. The only thing I wish was added was cheese. Overall wonderful experience, would definitely order again! Amazing food for a good price

Great Pizza. Has been my go to pizza restaurant for a couple years now. Food quality is always great!

Ordered recently for delivery- we live 5 min away. Told order would be 40 min and it arrived after 2 hours. Gave them the Benefit of the doubt and ordered again tonight. Again told 30-40 min and still waiting after 1.5 hours. I called up to ask if it would be far off and explained this it the second time it’s taken so long and the ‘lovely’ lady said ‘if you don’t wanna order again that’s fine’ and hung up in my ear. I never mentioned not ordering again however now I won’t be ordering again. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING from the lady on the other end of the phone. Thanks for making the choice to go else where easy!

Is it the worlds best pasta? NoBut is it hot, freshly made and good value at its price point? Absolutely! My main critique is the poor quality of the garlic bread which was so light on garlic flavour- probably great for fussy kids and beige eaters but not for people who like their garlic bread on the garlicky side
