Solar Architects are phenomenal. They provided a prompt professional service. Andrew was available informative and respectful throughout all correspondence. he kept us up to date with time line and the installation process. the product itself is fantastic is placed perfectly on our roof and provides fantastic power and savings. The working team on the day on installation worked tirelessly on a hot day and when they faced hitches in the process they kept us informed and were easy to communicate with. I felt the communication was transparent and that any difficulties were shared and problem solved together. Solar Architects also organised the post installation checks and compliances made sure the unit was running smoothly and provided necessary documentation and coding to our power supplier.
