Solahart Townsville

Had a LG battery installed with solarhart. Just stopped working one day. It took over 12 months to replace the battery under warranty. Countless broken promises as to when it will be replaced. It still isn't working. It's charging off the mains power not the solar. We can't use the battery to power the house. An electrician was ment to be here at 10am today to fix it. I've had my dogs tied up for over 3hrs waiting for them to arrive. Solarhart are not answering their phone. I've left a message. Finally get through & now they are saying they are coming this afternoon at a time they don't know. No courtesy call.

From quoting to completion. All Staff were very polite, friendly and professional.Had solar installed in no time at all.All tasks explained in easy step by step instructions.I highly recommend Solarhart Townsville.

In March 2022, I got a 12.6 kW PV system installed on my roof. The installation went great and they were very professional before and during the installation. I cannot fault this part. BUT the after sales service is extremely poor. I have phoned and complained several times to the Townsville Office that during the day, my television which is on the other side of the wall to where the inverters are located does not have ABC or SBS TV Channels while the inverters are working. Therefore I cannot watch ABC or SBS during the day on this TV. I do have access to ABC and SBS on other TV's located in the house and this problem only started when the inverters were turned on. The Townsville Office's comments have been oh we don't know what or why it would do that" They did not offer to investigate this when they were next in the area either. They also mentioned when they were here next they needed to do some additional work on my roof BUT they have not contacted me and have not been here. Like I say

If you are looking at Solahart's Powerstore hot water system... make sure you ask for the FULL price to have this system work as stated using your own solar system. We signed up to buy this system sold on the fact it would save us money in the long run only to find it is not solar ready" as stated without spending more money to make it work. The sales man took over a week to get back to us (after I followed up multiple times) after paying our 50% deposit

As a local residence, I recomend Solarhart team. If anything, we do not like we can always speak to the team and get it sort it out. I am happy with that approach always responds to customer need.
