I couldn’t have had a better experience with these people. I was a little dubious having my car sent there for repair as I am very precious over it but upon collection I actually got emotional at the amazing job they have done on my car. These people went above and beyond to do a fantastic job on fixing the damage caused by a tree. I would be happy if I were to have my car in for repair again. Can not thank you enough.

Just a quick note to offer some praise for a fantastic experience with your company.My beloved car was returned today via tow truck driver (at the time he was supposed to come!) who was the most lovely, cheery man and it came off the truck repaired like brand new and washed as well! I wanted to hug the tow truck driver! So thrilled to have it back.Also VERY SPECIAL mention to Gary/Dandenong who called me and always kept me in the loop. He could not do enough to help me, he prolonged my rental car use and even asked if I needed an Uber upon rental return. Gary is King Of Customer Service. What a kind, well spoken, lovely man. An asset to your company. Thank you Gary.10/10 Guys!

Fantastic Service. Was told that it would take two weeks for my repairs but Gary managed to get it done within three days of receiving it and cannot tell that it has been repaired. The car looks so brand new and on top of that extra service is that they even towed my car back to my place right in my driveway. I will be definitely going back there again if I need to and recommend anyone to get their car service through them.They are very professional and very precise when doing the work and they take their jobs very seriously ensuring that the customers are happy. I am one customer who is very happy to have my car done through a professional company and great customer services.

Two month ago I dropped my X5 to be fixed at Capital Smart repairs, Garry called me the next day and let me know that some parts will be arrived in 8 weeks, to avoid such long waiting time, Garry organised to give a temporary fix so I can drive during this period( washed and cleaned )Right after 8 weeks Garry called and had my car fixed in just three days! ( even in current pandemic). I really appreciated to Garry and entire Capital Smart repair team!

I had my VW Arteon repaired there after an accident as the insurance company, AAMI's preferred repairer. The staff there could not be less interested in doing a decent job, when I collected the car the first time and had a good look I found part of the structure under the bonnet bent with apparently no attempt to fix it. There were also now uneven panel gaps between the bumper and bonnet and an orange cable loom running through the grill.I arranged with a very helpful customer service manager (Nicholas I think) at the Mulgrave branch to have the car brought back to Dandenong to fix the problem. When I collected the car a few days later nothing had been fixed, and I was told that that is as good as they could do and if I wanted to I could complain to AAMI, which I did.I spoke to an assessor at AAMI and sent him photos and he agreed that the work done was unsatisfactory and arranged for the car to go back for the third time, unfortunately he was on leave when I took the car back. I was advised a few days later that the car was ready, I went to collect the car and the cable loom had been relocated and they had attempted to fix the bent structure under the bonnet. It was certainly better than before but it is still obvious that it has been damaged, not very good when it comes time to sell the car.When I expressed my disappointment to Gary, the customer care consultant he told me that is as good a job as they can do and that it meets VW Specs, which of course it does not.Overall a very distressing and disappointing experience.Garry Coffey

Thank you ,What a wonderful company with wonderful staff.Amy was a delight and very lovely .Pip was so knowledgeable and caring , he jumped /slid under my car to assess it thoroughly, listening and caring .. He did a wonderful job and even started my car promptly bc the battery was flat when I collected it ..you felt that you were really being looked after..Thank you So much Pip.

Suncorp authorized repairer. Wasted 2 months of my valuable time.And wanted to order Parts for a Korean car from China :DNot So SMART ? right ....
