Kale was the driver on site when my daughter had an accident. He went well above the requirement of a tow operator. He helped settle my daughter, met me when I arrived on the scene and explained the situation. Gave us all the information we needed to know about where our car would be and also helped all involved with sharing information and sorting the whole situation out. He was very professional in his approach and was more than willing to help out. A tow is something we all hope we never need and if we do is a stressful situation after an accident but this was all made easier by a calming operator who knew how to handle the situation. The other drivers on site were also helpful, one stopped traffic so we could get the gear from one car to another on the other side of the road.If you ever need a tow, Claytons Towing are the place to call.
