Seal-a-Fridge

We had Shane come along from North East Melb (Lower Temp) region, can't find that area for reviewing. However we were extremely pleased, Shane was very competent, reassuring that our old fridge could be fixed, very approachable over the phone and fixed the problem without needing a new seal!! And extremely reasonable in price. Can highly recommend Shane for his excellent workmanship

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option as I am deeply appalled and frustrated. I had to deal with a technician called James, who is absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible to say the least.After the initial inspection about three weeks ago, he asked me to turn off my fridge, and was supposed to come the following week. Whilst the fridge was turned off for over 10 days, whenever I messaged or called to confirm, he came up with an excuse that he can't come and thanked us for our understanding and gave us a new appointment. Long story short, he was finally supposed to come this morning, and despite ignoring our messages of confirmation yesterday, we still had good faith in him cause we thought the kids being sick excuse is genuine! After taking the day off today and hours of waiting and more than three weeks without a fridge, once I called him, he just came up with a non-genuine sorry and another excuse, after of course his failed attempt of pretending not to know who he is speaking to!I mean if he was human enough, this was as simple as just saying hey I won't be able to do this job, find someone else; instead of making his kids sick, and making us live without a fridge over three weeks and just dragging us along with excuses and this appalling behaviour! What a horrible way of doing business!Just be aware and please please do yourself a favour and not get involved with this company and especially JAMES! Otherwise, if you do get involved, you'll never have your fridge fixed during the planned time, and also be out of pocket thousands of dollars for having to eat out for about three weeks, whilst the technician and useless head office all avoid you and your concerns and just blur a non-genuine meaningless sorry!

Seal-A-Fridge have been servicing my business for about 5 years. The franchisee Ross was an awesome guy. He sold the business and Gavin the new franchisee is just as good. I informed him how urgent my requirement was and he came in on the same day. Did a great job with the seals and the best part was his positive attitude and his friendly nature.If you got a Fridge and it's got a Seal. You will need Seal-A-Fridge.

I had an issue with my freezer and thought it needed new deals. Upon talking to the lovely Debbie, she asked a number of questions and ascertained that I just had my freezer over stocked. I went home, did a reshuffle and not it’s great and didn’t need them after all. I really appreciated that they talked me through the issues rather than charging me a call out fee to tell me my freezer was over stocked. Clearly the company has integrity so would recommend them on that.

Gavin sounded professional on the phone, as he gave me a quote and an appointment, however he didn't turn up. When I called he promised to come next day. Next day he called to tell his car had broken down and he would be delayed. No one turned up. I left another message, with no response.Two weeks waisted, nobody wins!

We had our fridge seal replaced by Seal-A-Fridge last year because it was cracked. The technician was really nice and I think our veggies are actually lasting longer now. I would definately recommend using Seal-A-Fridge if you need your seals replaced.

Seal a fridge was just great. Fixed my problem and I avoided purchasing a new fridge. The tradie was a lovely man who went to extra lengths to make sure everything was perfect. Fivr stars. Susan C.
