James Home Services Interior Cleaning - Leichhardt

I scheduled a one-time clean for a Saturday late last month with Vanessa. I was moving house and was due to hand the keys back 2 days later. As we all know, moving house is stressful. It was made more so by Vanessa not turning up. And, because it was a Saturday I couldn't organise anyone else on such short notice. Unfortunately, the only form of contact I had for Vanessa was an email address and she was unresponsive when I tried to find out where she was. I called James Home Services to make a complaint the following week and that was when I finally received an email from Vanessa. As this is a new business my feedback to Vanessa would be to provide an estimated time of arrival, a second form of contact and a better scheduling process.

Vanessa and David help clean 3 of our properties regularly. They always carry out all requested jobs and are always responsive and on time. We are very fussy and they have always met our expectations. Highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
