Very impressed with Ron's helpful problem solving. Our water pump was flooded in a storm and throwing a safety switch, which was affecting multiple uses in the house. He was super helpful over the phone and later collected the pump and returned it in working order, all for minimal cost. While on site he also helped sort out an annoying problem with pipe vibration. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Ron was extremely helpful and actually talked me through some troubleshooting over the phone. Fixed the issue! Honest and very helpful, will be contacting Ron in future with any pump/ water tank issues!

Called Ron to chat about issues we were having with our water tank pump. Turns out we caught him 600km away on holiday. In spite of this he was more then happy to help and organised a replacement pump to be put aside for us. He then called and followed up with us and was able to talk us through the entire process. Ron is an absolute champion! Highly recommended.Had an issue with our water pump (well I thought I did) as water pressure dropped massively.Found Macca's Water Pump Repairs via a quick google and he had great reviews, so gave them a call.Ron answered call straight away, I explained the issue and he was very helpful with some trouble shooting. Ended up taking pump to him to have a look as thought it may have been a worn O ring or similar, so he tested it when I got there and worked out the pump was fine and had good pressure for the model (3.5 bar).End of day, pump was fine and he suggested issue could be either dirty water tank / sediment or poly pipe damage which could cause loss of pressure.I offered to pay for his help and advice, however he refused.Spectacular service, advice and an education all in one.We'll done Ron, I will be sure to spread the word and contact you if I ever need a new pump or advice in the future.
