My partner and I really enjoyed this experience.Darren was very knowledgeable about the area, we learnt a lot about the local ship wrecks and wildlife, he provided us with some snacks and we got a little work out.He even treated us with some pictures at the end! Definitely worth it. We’ll do it again for sure.

My 9-year-old daughter and I had an amazing experience with Lazy Paddles Kayaking! As complete novices, we were a bit apprehensive, but Darren's patience and guidance throughout the activity made it an excellent adventure for beginners. The scenery was simply breathtaking, and we're grateful for the incredible photos that Darren took for us. Overall, we highly recommend this activity if you're visiting the Port Stephens area. Thank you, Darren, for a truly fantastic day!

Lovely and relaxing experience, first time ever I have padded in a kayak so far absolutely amazing, we had a warm welcome from Darren and family, then a training session, after we went into the water to have fun in very safe way.We also saw dolphins and black swansHighly recommended for groups, families, couples any age.Thanks Darren and family!!!Great memories!

Lazy Paddles
We had a fantastic morning on the river with Darren and our group. Darren was happy to answer our questions and we learnt about local animals and some Tea Gardens history. Truly gorgeous scenery. Clear and easy instructions. Welcome refreshments. Great photos sent to us later in the day at no extra charge. Definitely something we will do again if we return to the area. Thank you to both Darren and Dean for a holiday highlight!

We had a wonderful day. Our guide Darren was great, the trip was adventurous and full of surprises. Lots of birds, dolphins, cute little crabs and a sweet mid excursion snack on an island. Keen to come back.

A fabulous mixture of paddling tips and commentary covering ship wrecks, fauna and the local region. We felt very safe in the hands of Darren and Jessica for our morning on the water. Highly recommended!
