We forgot to write a review after visited this store couple month ago but we still want to do it now. This is worst customer service car dealer we ever met. Nobody took the initiative to talk to us, which looks like they don’t want to sell the car at all. After we asked one guy for help, he just said the car we are interested in displayed outside and then left us there without any introduction. We eventually got our family car in a dealer store that can provide good customer service.

I have been servicing my 2017 Mustang at Ford chadstone as a regular. Peter and Jeff have been absolutely brilliant. Every time I have brought the car in for an issue, it’s been exceptional how quickly the investigation was completed and a plan is made.Great level of focus on consumer satisfaction.Recently, I was very impressed how they advocated for a major repair to be covered by Ford as “good will”.Just brilliant

Had a great experience recently with Chadstone Ford. Cristian Bravo was an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable guy, Clearly very passionate about the products he is selling. Recently bought a new Ford Escape and overall was pleased with the trade in Value offered and model price negotiated with Dami, also very helpful. Given the current difficulty with supply chain of new vehicles to Australia, these guys are doing a very good job.Highly recommend.

I picked up my new Wildtrak on Saturday and couldn't be happier. Kieran was amazing during the whole process, given I was constantly calling him with additions or changes to extras & also chasing up information while the car was in quarantine. Kieran always made time for me and his customer service far exceeded my expectations. Kieran was honest and genuine throughout and I can not recommend him more highly or the Chadstone Ford Team.

We have such a great experience getting an UTE in Ford Chadstone with special thanks to Andrew Nguyen who has guide us along the way and Billy with the finance. Within 10 days of putting the deposit the car is ready for pick up and we are so happy with our purchase. Andrew especially are very reassuring and keeping us updated with the whole process. Even now Andrew still touch base with us to assure us if any issues he is just a phone call away. Ford Chadstone really embodied best customer services experiences.

Absolute brilliant service and hands down the best sales experience thanks to Darren!! From the moment I put in my interest, to the quick response and continuous support in any questions or concerns I may have had, along with the fact that I live 3 hours away from the dealership too, I couldn’t have been better looked after and would highly recommend Darren to anyone in their search for a new car! Would happily travel back when in need of an upgrade down the track! 10/10 and 5 stars doesn’t do justice!
