Glassons

Please teach staff proper customer service and phone etiquette. I've called a few times before and always given the benefit of the doubt assuming it was a busy day or maybe they were having an off day themselves. But there hasn't been one phone call with staff here that has been pleasant. They are unhelpful, condescending and abrupt.

I thought my experience might be a one off but coming on here I can see many other people has issues with the rude staff. Me and a friend asked if we could use the same change room as the tops they have are very confusing to tie up yourself, the lady responded with yes but quickly. After that girls kept coming to our change room and rushing us telling us to separate which we completely understand because of theft and store policies. However we were trying to get changed while being rushed by the staff and they told us we need to leave the store immediately and my friend replied with yes we will but I'm naked at the moment please let me get changed. The manager then came and told us we need to leave and they are calling security as we were being disrespectful to her staff. We said sure we will leave but can we please purchase these items first and she rudely said no leave now or I will call security. We left Glasson's with a sick feeling in our stomachs as we did not feel we did anything wrong.

Staff where rude and disrespectful at glassons garden city.especially a blonde girl called grace working the dressing rooms she was an unpleasant worker, i will definitely not be returning to glassons garden city. All staff was too busy gossiping rather than looking after coustomers

So disheartening to actually feel the need to come on here and write a review. Love the clothes at Glassons and every store I seem to go to I get amazing customer service, however Garden City’s staff are always sour and seem like they don’t even want to work there. Two girls that served me the other day were rude and it makes me not even want to shop there anymore :/

I don’t know about everyone else but the girls in the store are very lovely! They were more than happy to help me out with anything! On top of that we had good conversations! They were so nice to me I’m definitely hanging out with them outside of work lol x-keighley

Not coming back to Glasson garden city, waited with my daughter to use the change room for about 5 mins. The blonde girl that was working in the change room area yells out. “Can you guys make a line if you’re waiting for the changing-room”. About 10 people rushed in line and I was already waiting being now last in line. If they’re so busy they need a number system cos it’s really unorganised and not fair for others. I left cos I wasn’t going to wait an extra 20 mins. The worker seemed unfazed even though she knew I was waiting before them. Glasson garden city customer service needs to do better!!!

One of the worst treatment my friend and I have ever received in our life to be racially profiled and bag checked while all the other customers get to walk away without getting their bag checked. Only because i went in to help my friend in the changing room. I am a regular at this store and it is so disappointing to be treated like a criminal and belittled in front of others. Never in my life have I experienced racism and Never will I ever shop in this store again. My whole shopping for Christmas day was killed and I even put back everything i was going to buy from the store. Your store should really re-train your staff in regards to manners and customer service skill. Because I was really tempted to sue the whole store because of this.

Love the glassons range, hot girl clothes forever - at times the threading is so flimsy and when washed according still turns out looking so damaged and cheap so take extra care in your clothes if you purchase. However the girls working were awful!! Always sour as other reviews suggest and I've been in twice as I'm not from Mt Gravatt area. One worker even gossiped about me after I politely said someone should be working the change rooms as there's a huge line up and I've been in 4 times with the wrong size, can easily be fixed with staff nearby. All just young women with bad attitudes, I assumed they were teenagers because I went in on a Saturday but alas they were the same staff on a Tuesday.
